A handful of Prince’s music videos from his iconic “Purple Rain” album have been released online in a bid to make the late artist’s music more accessible. Official music videos for “When Doves Cry” and “Let’s Go Crazy” were posted to YouTube and Vevo on Friday, along with live performances of “Take Me With U,” “I Would Die 4 U,” and a 13-minute version of “Baby I’m a Star.” A representative for Warner Bros. records said more videos would soon be released, NPR reported. The videos’ release comes two weeks after Warner Bros. released a 30th anniversary edition of Purple Rain featuring newly uncovered songs.
