The CIA and FBI are conducting a manhunt for a person believed to have leaked CIA documents to WikiLeaks, CBS News reports. The two agencies are reportedly searching for a CIA employee or contractor who had physical access to the leaked material. The person is believed to be behind the leak of a set of documents WikiLeaks published in March that included top-secret information on the CIA’s hacking tools. CIA Director Mike Pompeo commented on the leaks last week, calling WikiLeaks “a non-state hostile intelligence service often abetted by state actors like Russia.”
