Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell told Republican senators on Tuesday he will move to delay a vote on dismantling Obamacare until after the July 4 holiday recess, two congressional sources confirmed to The Daily Beast. McConnell wants to incorporate additional changes to the legislation by the end of the week and wait for a new Congressional Budget Office score in order to solidify support for the legislation among both moderate and hardline conservative GOP holdouts.
