A New York artist has filed a lawsuit against Martin Shkreli, claiming the ex-pharmaceutical CEO’s valuable Wu-Tang Clan album contains illustrations stolen from him, and he wants the notorious “pharma bro” to pay for it. Jason Koza filed the complaint Tuesday, saying he never gave permission for his fan art to be used in packaging for the hip-hop group’s single-copy album, Once Upon a Time in Shaolin, which Shkreli purchased last year for $2 million. Shkreli achieved infamy last year when his former company, Turing Pharmaceuticals, raised the price of a life-saving drug by more than 5,000 percent; and was later arrested on unrelated securities-fraud charges.
