Taylor Swift testified in court Thursday that former radio host DJ David Mueller groped her “ass” during a meet-and-greet before her 2013 concert in Denver, the AP reported. She said a security guard working for her had seen Mueller “lift my skirt” but could not see his hand touching her inappropriately because they were standing with their backs towards a wall for a photo. When an attorney asked why the front of Swift’s skirt wasn’t ruffled, she replied: “Because my ass is located on the back of my body.” She added, “It was a definite grab. A very long grab.” Mueller sued Swift for getting him fired after she told his boss he had inappropriately touched her during the photo-op. Swift countersued for sexual assault.
