Trump Addresses Texans: ‘What a Crowd, What a Turnout!’

After meeting with Texas government officials in Corpus Christi on Tuesday afternoon, President Trump emerged to a crowd of supporters and praised them for coming out to cheer him. Standing atop a vehicle, at one point unfurling a Texas flag, the president told the applauding crowd: “We love you; you are special. We are here to take care, it’s going well. And I want to thank you for coming out. We’re going to get you back and operating immediately. Thank you, everybody. What a crowd, what a turnout.”
