President Trump returned to Twitter Saturday evening to express his disappointment in China for not doing enough to rein in North Korea, threatening to pursue actions that would hurt Chinese profit from U.S. trade. “I am very disappointed in China. Our foolish past leaders have allowed them to make hundreds of billions of dollars a year in trade, yet...they do NOTHING for us with North Korea, just talk,” he tweeted. “We will no longer allow this to continue. China could easily solve this problem!” Trump has frequently sought to pressure China into doing more to curb North Korea's rapidly progressing nuclear program. The country conducted it's first successful intercontinental ballistic missile test earlier this month and fired another missile on Friday, according to the Pentagon.
