Officials have confirmed that two officers and eight prisoners are dead after a prison bus crashed Wednesday, 15 miles outside of Odessa, Texas. According to the Department of Public Safety, the bus went off an icy bridge and crashed into a train. An additional five people were injured. The prisoners were being transported from a prison in Abilene to another in El Paso.
