The news came during a hearing for a suit filed by two Yemeni brothers who werenât allowed to enter the country Saturday after arriving at Dulles International Airport. They were put on a return flight to Ethiopia shortly following Trumpâs ban. A judge at the hearing said the order was âchaos.â He added, âIt was not clear at all that thought was put into it as should be.â The AP later reported that the State Department puts the number of nixed visas at 60,000.
