Two Americans are among the 10,000 thought to be killed in the monsterous typhoon that has devastated the Philippines. The State Department announced the number and said it could rise as more information comes in. The U.S. Embassy in Manila is assisting families of the victims, and a team will travel to the affected area on Wednesday. International aid efforts have been scrambling to provide assistance to the more than 9 million people impacted by the storm, including 600,000 displaced.
