Authorities say a man and a young girl were injured when a rifle was discharged at a gun show in Billings, Montana on Friday. Capt. Bill Michaelis of the Yellowstone County Sheriff's Office told local media that the gun, a bolt-action rifle, was pointed at the ground when it went off, leaving a large dent in the concrete floor. A man was treated for a hand injury at the scene and was not taken to a hospital. Another victim, a young girl, was taken to a hospital for shrapnel in her arm. It’s unclear how the gun discharged, but Michaelis said no one is facing charges over the incident.
