To figure out which schools have the best party scene in the nation, The Daily Beast used data from College Prowler, the leading student opinion site on colleges and universities. We considered four indicators for each school, each on a 10-point rating scale: most social drinkers, best party scene, most party guys, and most party girls. Each was weighted equally.
