Four suspects with more than 300 bags of heroin were arrested Tuesday and are now being questioned by New York police to see if they sold drugs to Philip Seymour Hoffman. Suspects, Robert Vineberg, 57, Thomas Kushman, 48, Max Rosenblum, and Juliana Luchkiw, both 22, were busted in Manhattan's East Village. Police are still trying to determine whether Hoffman purchased drugs on the night of his death. He reportedly withdrew $1,200 from an ATM near his home the night before his death.
