The fourth nor’easter in three weeks is expected to hit the East Coast overnight, bringing with it snow, sleet, high winds, and flooding. More snow is expected in New York, Philadelphia, and Washington than the last three combined. Schools in New York City will be closed on Wednesday, and Amtrak is limiting its service along the Northeast corridor. According to the latest models, most parts of Washington will see eight to 12 inches of snow. Tuesday was the first day of spring.
