9/11 Illness Kills More Cops Than Attack

The number of New York police officers who have died from 9/11-related illnesses has reached 71, or more than who were killed in the attack itself. Sixty cops died on September 11 and their names are engraved on the New York State Police Officers' Memorial in Albany. On Tuesday, 20 more officer names were added, including 12 from New York City, all of whom died from illnesses tied to the attack.
