Aaron Rodgers hasn’t been on good terms with his parents for years—and they blame his ex-girlfriend Olivia Munn for the rift, according to an excerpt from a new biography published by the The Daily Mail. In Out of Darkness: The Mystery of Aaron Rodgers, sportswriter Ian O’Connor reported that Rodgers’ parents objected to his and Munn’s relationship, which lasted from 2014-2017. “Given her devout religious views, Aaron’s mother disapproved of premarital sex and was opposed to her middle child sharing a hotel room with his girlfriend even as an NFL player,” O’Connor wrote. Rodgers’ mother also objected to Munn gossiping and joking about her sex life on Andy Cohen’s talk show. Rodgers’ parents also blamed Munn after their son sent back their Christmas gifts one year. However, Rodgers disputed his parents’ account and told O’Connor that Munn had “nothing to do” with his decision to cut off his parents. “I have questions about why they feel the need to talk about it, because it’s like a game of poker,” Rodgers told the biographer. “When you are holding all the cards, you don’t have to bluff. There’s nothing they can say other than make up stories but look at the facts.”
