ABC Family announced on Monday that it would be canceling Bunheads, the critically acclaimed show about a dancer-turned-teacher in California. The show, created by Gilmore Girls executive producer Amy Sherman-Palladino, aired its final episode five months ago. Calling the show “a labor of love for all involved,” Sherman-Palladino said “thank you to everyone who let us play in our sandbox for a while.” Well, there’s always Netflix—or even a Veronica Mars–style movie.
