ABC News Clarifies Report on Flynn

ABC News issued a correction on Friday night for an earlier report about Lt. General Michael Flynn, in which investigative journalist Brian Ross claimed that he was prepared to testify that President Trump told him to establish communication with Russian officials during the 2016 campaign. "Flynn prepared to testify that President-elect Donald Trump directed him to make contact with the Russians *during the transition* -- initially as a way to work together to fight ISIS in Syria, confidant now says," the network clarified hours later. The initial report caused the Dow to initially plunge by some 350 points.
