John Bailey, the president of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, is under investigation for sexual harassment, Variety reports. Three claims were lodged against Bailey on Wednesday, and a probe was “immediately” opened by the Academy. Bailey oversaw the Academy’s expulsion of Harvey Weinstein in October, after several reports revealed dozens of sexual-assault allegations. Bailey was first-elected to his four-year term in August.
