Actress Paz de la Huerta Alleges Harvey Weinstein Raped Her Twice

Actress Paz de la Huerta is alleging that disgraced film producer Harvey Weinstein raped her twice. CBS News reports that Weinstein and de la Huerta were at her New York City apartment in 2010 when Weinstein “took off her dress and forced himself on her.” De la Huerta says it “happened suddenly.” She alleges that just a couple of months later, Weinstein raped her again at her apartment. The New York City Police Department told CBS News in a statement that it is “aware of the sexual assault complaints” and is “actively investigating them.”
