Morris Williams Jr., a 23-year-old police officer in Montgomery, Alabama, was arrested Tuesday and charged with sexually assaulting a woman while on duty. He is being held in jail on a $30,000 cash bond. He is accused of engaging in “deviant sexual intercourse” with someone “incapable of consent by reason of being mentally defective.”
