The almost-unrecognizable former Nickelodeon star has set social media on fire with her bizarre tweets about everyone from Miley Cyrus to Drake. But perhaps her strangest outpourings have been about her various facial surgeries. Sheās announced on Twitter that she had āwebbingā removed between her eyes and would be going back to have more work on her nose. Sheās been a very vocal proponent for plastic surgery, tweeting āThereās a surgery for everything thatās wrong with you!ā

Courtney Stodden has never been accused of being private. From her marriage at age 16 to then-51-year-old actor Doug Hutchison to her appearances on reality TV and sexual tweets, the blonde has never shy. Now just 18, Stodden recently had her breasts upped to a size double D. Naturally, the process was videotaped, from her trip to the surgeonās office to even bits of the actual surgery. Since then, Stodden has been posting updates nonstop about her newly enhanced body. āCheck out my new girls in a bikini here :D,ā she tweeted.

Teen Mom alum Farrah Abraham doesnāt have very much left to hide after her sex tape with James Deen hit the Internet. People got to see even more of her after she brought cameras with her to chronicle her various surgeries, including her selecting breast implants and getting a nose job and chin implants on the same day.

Heidi Montag might be the most extreme example of a plastic-surgery obsession run wild. In 2010, she went under the knife for 10 procedures all done on the same day. Montag appeared in magazines detailing all of her procedures, but in this case time did not make her grow fonder of the alterations. Now sheās equally as public with her regrets about the surgeries. āI kind of wanted a few enhancements and then it kind of got out of hand,ā said Montag in an interview with Access Hollywood.

In March, Nicki Minaj revealed her plastic surgery through omission. There has long been speculation about the state of Minajās face. She took to Extra to deny rumors that sheād had extensive surgery on her famous mug, which in turn implied that sheād had work done elsewhere with her extra-specific denial.

Not to be outdone by her husband, Kris Jenner has also gone under the knife for a facelift in front of the camerasājust before Kim Kardashianās first wedding. In a more recent episode, she had her breasts redone, filming that process as well. Jenner live-tweeted during the airing of the episode and told the Today show she thought filming the surgery was a great idea.

For years Ashlee Simpson deflected questions about her nose, but it seems thatās all over. Sheās been addressing her new nose in magazines from Us Weekly to Harperās Bazaar to More. She told Harperās Bazaar, āItās a personal choice. I believe if somebody chooses to do plastic surgery, it [should be] for yourself, not for anyone else.ā

Backstreetās back ... with hair? A.J. McLean posted the before-and-after of his hair transplant on Instagram. āSome girls get their boobs done some guys get ab implants all to make them happy!
