Amanda Bynes was released from a mental health facility in southern California Monday, sources close to the former child star told TMZ. The news comes three weeks after she was seen roaming the streets of Los Angeles in the nude. TMZ also reports that she will return home and remain on an outpatient treatment treatment program.
