The engineer of the train involved in last month's fatal Amtrak derailment was not on his cellphone during the incident, the National Transportation Safety Board found. Brandon Bostian's phone "does not indicate that any calls, texts or data usage occurred during the time the engineer was operating the train." Bostian suffered a head injury during the crash, and says he doesn't remember what lead up to the crash when the train was traveling at 106 miles per hour. This news comes as the Republican-controlled House voted to cut Amtrak funding by $242 million, while at the same time approving videocameras to record train engineers.
