Mark Sanford has won South Carolina's special election, beating Elizabeth Colbert Busch for a seat in the House of Representatives, according to an Associated Press call. The Republican led with 54 percent. Even the GOP fundraisers had given up on Sanford after his ex-wife's trespassing allegations against him surfaced, leaving Colbert Busch with a 5-to-1 outside spending advantage. Now that's what we call a comeback.
