Apple has filed for a preliminary injunction against the sale of Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus smartphone, claiming that the device violates the company’s patent claims. If Apple is successful, the injunction would prevent the Galaxy Nexus from being sold in the U.S., dealing a serious blow to Samsung and Google.
