Arnold Schwarzenegger weighed in Tuesday about Donald Trump’s attack on a federal judge by calling Gonzalo Curiel “an American hero.” Schwarzenegger said Curiel stood up to Mexican drug cartels and that he was “proud” to have appointed him when he was the governor of California. Trump has faced a backlash this week over his comments regarding Curiel’s Mexican heritage. Curiel is the judge overseeing the fraud lawsuits against the presumtive GOP nominee’s Trump University real-estate classes.
