It seems like just yesterday Rick Santorum was rolling from campaign stop to campaign stop, trying to convince voters that contraception is unnatural and abortion should be outlawed. Well, the comedians over at Funny or Die have a thing or two to say to Santorum, who suspended his run for the GOP nomination after Mitt Romney cemented his lead in early April. They’ve released a new video starring female empowerment-champ Ashley Judd and a few other actresses that counsel the candidate on how to terminate his candidacy properly, giving him the same treatment he would force women who want an abortion to endure. “If you weren’t mature enough to carry your candidacy to term, you shouldn’t have engaged in the risky behavior that began it,” says Katy Mixon, of Mike and Molly fame. “People might say you were asking for it. I’m not saying that, but people are.”

Judd, who is no stranger to standing up for women’s rights, delivers hands down one of the best lines of the two-minute video. “We’ll finalize this after the mandatory 72-hour waiting period,” she says straight into the camera. The veteran actress, who also has a master in public administration from Harvard, recently took on the gossip mills and rumor mongers who would seek to define a woman by her physical appearance in an article for The Daily Beast. After a sinus infection required her to go on steroids, Judd’s face puffed up because of the medication. But that didn’t stop speculation that she went under the knife. Her article brought out a fierce response from fans detailing their own puffy face moments, and a retort article in favor of plastic surgery.
