David Mazzucchelli is the author of three self-published comics anthologies called Rubber Blanket. He was also the illustrator for DC Comics’ landmark Batman: Year One and Marvel Comics’ Daredevil in the 1980s. He adapted Paul Auster’s City of Glass as a graphic novel, and his work appears in such diverse publications as The New Yorker, Graphis, Entertainment Weekly, and Little Lit. He teaches at the Rhode Island School of Design and the New York School of Visual Arts. He lives in Rhode Island.
