Roy Choi

Roy Choi was a chef but now he's a cook and a street soldier that's down for making food delicious, honest, caring, inviting, challenging, fun, and affordable. He's also a guy who has a hard time saying no or accepting no as an answer. He went to culinary school, became a chef, got laid off, started a taco truck on Twitter with some friends called Kogi then things became frenetic, a few restaurants followed, a book, a hotel and now a part of the Chef movie family doing his best to help Jon Favreau in any way he can.
