Toby Milstein

Toby Milstein is a fashion intern at The Daily Beast. She is a senior at Barnard College, where she is expected to graduate with a bachelor's degree in History. She has served in the editorial departments of Seventeen, Hollywood Life, and College Fashionista, and co-founded the college site, Her Campus Barnard.
