The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) said on Tuesday that officials recovered 47 firearms from three separate locations tied to the deadly mass shooting in Las Vegas. The ATF recovered the firearms from the Mandalay Bay hotel room where Stephen Paddock opened fire on a crowd of concert-goers, in addition to two other locations in Nevada. The ATF also said that Paddock had attachments on 12 of the firearms that allowed semiautomatic guns to fire like automatic weapons. Police said that Paddock planted two cameras in the hallway outside his hotel room in order to watch for when police arrived, and put an additional camera in the peephole of the door so that he could see down the hallway.
