Banksy Photographed in Los Angeles?

Could this be Banksy, the elusive street artist who skipped the Academy Awards rather than show his face? Despite his not attending the Oscars, Banksy has been suspected of being in Los Angeles, and the photo shows a man working on a known Banksy piece—an abandoned tanker on which is written “This Looks a Bit Like an Elephant.” The man in the photos wears a green hat and carries a camera, but it is hard to tell is his face matches earlier photos purporting to show the artist.
