A 4-year-old Beagle from Canada won Best in Show at this year’s Westminster dog show at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Tuesday night. In the final round, Miss P, a 15-inch beagle, bested six contenders, including an English sheep dog, a Skye terrier, and a Portuguese water dog. Miss P won the hound category Monday, and is the second beagle ever to win the competition. The winning dog is a grandniece of the beagle Uno, who won in 2008.
