When Twitter user Courtenay P. opted to unsubscribe from former Texas Senate candidate Beto O'Rourke's emails, a message popped up clearly stating O'Rourke's 2020 ambitions. “Email is how we keep in touch and share important updates about how you can be part of our campaign to elect Beto for president,” the message said. “We'll hope you'll reconsider leaving, but if you're sure, we're sad to see you go.” The news comes after a Vanity Fair cover story of O'Rourke debuted on Wednesday amid rumors that he might officially announce his 2020 campaign in the near future. “You can probably tell that I want to run,” he told the magazine. “I do. I think I'd be good at it.”
