He’s followed by a pair of familiar faces at the top of the list: Warren Buffett and Oracle CEO Larry Ellison. Conservative billionaires Charles and David Koch are tied at No. 4 with a net worth of $25 billion each, while liberal billionaire George Soros ranks No. 7 with a net worth of $22 billion. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, meanwhile, ranks at $17.5 billion, one ahead of Google founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page.
