Bill Murray and his brothers are set to open a golf-themed sports bar themed after the comedian’s hit 1980 film Caddyshack. According to the Daily Herald, the Murray boys “have a verbal agreement for an 11,000-square-foot space” inside the Crown Plaza hotel in the northwestern Chicago-area village of Rosemont. “Blueprints for the restaurant would have to be submitted for village review before construction could begin. It's still unknown when that might occur,” the Herald further reported. The brotherly clan—which includes the star actor, his chef brother Andy, their financial executive brother Ed, and fellow actors Brian, Joel, and John—have previously opened the Murray Bros. Caddyshack restaurant and bar in 2001 at the World Golf Village in St. Augustine, Florida.
