Bill O’Reilly to Sue Ex-Wife for $10M, Accuse Her of ‘Cheating’

Fox News host Bill O’Reilly reportedly plans to sue his ex-wife Maureen McPhilmy, accusing her of misleading him on the terms of their separation agreement, according to court documents unearthed Monday by Gawker. The documents, which were intended to remain secret, also show that O’Reilly believes McPhilmy used funds from their agreement to subsidize her relationship with a Nassau County, New York, detective. While O’Reilly calls it an “extramarital affair,” Gawker notes the relationship apparently began after the couple separated and before they were officially divorced.
