It turns out Black Friday deals may not be worth getting trampled to death over. A new study by Decide Inc. and The Wall Street Journal found that nearly one third of this year’s Black Friday bargains being advertised had been previously available at lower prices. For example, the iPod that Best Buy has priced at $295 on Black Friday had been available for $10 less as recently as last week. One analyst said, “People associate Black Friday with good prices, and that eliminates the need to check price.”
