Darren Aronofsky’s Black Swan is on the fast track this awards season. The movie received a record-setting 12 nominations for the Critics’ Choice Movie Awards, with nominations for best picture, best actress (Natalie Portman), best supporting actress (Mila Kunis), and best director. The King’s Speech and True Grit nabbed 11 nominations each. There’s going to be quite a showdown over the best young actor/actress category, with 20-year-old Jennifer Lawrence nominated for Winter’s Bone, 14-year-old Hailee Steinfeld nominated for True Grit, and Chloe Grace Mortez nominated twice for Let Me In and Kick-Ass.
