One of Vladimir Putin's foes has outed who he claims is the Russian president's daughter. Opposition blogger Alexei Navalny published a report on Facebook noting that a woman named Katerina Vladimirovna Tikhonova, who heads a new project building Moscow State University facilities, is actually a pseudonym used by Putin's daughter. His two children, Yekaterina and Maria, are rarely photographed or reported on.
