According to a report from the AP, a Republican National Committee aide saved a front-row seat at Donald Trump's press conference Wednesday for a reporter from the Breitbart website. More than 250 journalists were reportedly in attendance for the event, which was the first press conference the president-elect held since July 2016. Steve Bannon, a senior adviser to Trump, recently ran Breitbart. During the event, Trump shouted down a reporter from CNN when he tried to ask a question and referred to the cable-news channel as “fake news.”
