Buddy Valastro, the star of reality-TV series Cake Boss, was arrested early Thursday morning on suspicion of drunken driving. Police saw a yellow 2014 Corvette swerving in and out of traffic lanes in Manhattan around 1 a.m. on Thursday. When they stopped Valastro on 10 Avenue, the officers reported noticing a strong alcohol smell coming from the car. The baker also reportedly had a flushed face, watery and bloodshot eyes, and was unsteady on his feet. He failed his sobriety test. Valastro, 37, who lives in Hoboken, now faces charges of driving while intoxicated and while his ability was impaired.
