The body of Henry Minh Hoang, a 25-year-old hiker from California, has been found after he fell off a cliff and drowned, Oregon State Police announced. Hoang was hiking past a safety fence in the Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area over the weekend when he plummeted 20 feet from the cliff to the shore below. It is believed he was knocked unconscious by the fall and then swept out to sea by the waves. His body was later found at the bottom of a nearby cliff.
