Recreational marijuana use will soon be legal in Canada. The country’s Senate approved a plan on Tuesday that legalizes cannabis for recreational use, and establishes regulations for its sale and distribution. The law will go into effect in September. “It’s been too easy for our kids to get marijuana—and for criminals to reap the profits. Today, we change that,” Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Twitter.
