CNN, which is hosting the next GOP presidential debate, announced changes Tuesday to the criteria for entry, which will allow Carly Fiorina to make the cut. Any candidate who ranked in the top 10 between Aug. 6 and Sept. 10 will be allowed to participate. Previously, the criteria was based on an average of polls conducted between July 16 and Sept. 10, a period that didn’t account for the increase the former Hewlett-Packard CEO saw in poll numbers since her performance in the first debate in Cleveland, when she was relegated to the earlier timeslot.
