Honors the “courage” of women who came forward.

An emotional and sleep-deprived Norah O’Donnell addressed the Les Moonves scandal on CBS This Morning on Monday. “This is really hard. This is hard for everybody at CBS News, he is my boss, was my boss,” O’Donnell said. “It’s been another sleepless night thinking about this; the pain that women feel, the courage that it takes for women to come forward and talk about this.” O’Donnell noted that Moonves had always treated her with respect, but added, “There is no excuse for this alleged behavior... Women cannot achieve equality in the workplace or society until there is reckoning.”
