Hugo Chávez returned home to Venezuela after spending two months in Cuba for medical treatment for cancer. Posting on his Twitter page, Chávez wrote that he is “clinging to Christ and trusting in my nurse and doctors. Onward toward victory always!! We will live and we will triumph!!” His return comes three days after he released smiling photos with his daughters, the first pictures of him since he left for Cuba on December 10. The government said speaking is still difficult for Chávez since he is breathing through a tracheal tube. There is still no word on exactly what type of cancer the 58-year-old is suffering from—and what treatment he received in Cuba.
