Funeral services for two-time Indy 500 winner Dan Wheldon were held Saturday in St. Petersburg, Florida. Wheldon died tragically last Sunday at the Las Vegas Indy 300 in a 15-car wreck on the racetrack. Though the Englishman was near the back of the pack before the crash, he would have earned a $5 million payout had he won the race. In lieu of flowers, friends and fans are being asked to donate to a fund supporting Wheldon's wife and two kids or to the Alzheimer's Association, a cause long backed by the driver. IndyCar said a public service will be held Sunday at the Conseco Fieldhouse in downtown Indianapolis.
