Air Force Lt. Gen. Jay Raymond admitted Tuesday that China successfully tested an anti-satellite weapon last July. Though the Chinese test didn’t destroy any satellites, it apparently demonstrated its ability to do so. “Soon every satellite in every orbit will be able to be held at risk,” Raymond said. China says the system is for missile defense.
